UGC NET is now conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA)and is usually conducted twice a year. University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test or UGC NET is a college/university Teaching & Fellowship Exam. The recruitment of candidates qualifying the Test of eligibility for Assistant Professor will be governed and regulated by the concerned colleges/ states governments and universities.Candidates qualifying exclusively for Assistant Professor will not be considered for the award of JRF. ![]()
